Welcome to Taiwan Union Christian Church. Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

我們是一群來自台灣，講台語的基督徒，從七十年代開始釘根於北美，致意於故鄉與新移民福音的子民。雖然多數來自長老教會，阮接納多元，隸屬於美國歸正教會。

美國歸正教會的宗旨、與其他基督教會一樣、是藉著講道、教誨、傳揚神的兒子耶穌基督的福音、以至一切基督徒的善行、全面地牧養世 人。為要有效地達到這項宗旨、則需要透過教會的專職人員、治會機 構、以及神學和崇拜準則、定下一套完善的法規和恰當的紀律。聖經是美國歸正教會在信仰與行為上唯一的憑據。

We are a group of Taiwanese Christians who speak Taiwanese. Since the 1970s, we have planted our roots in North America, devoted to serving the gospel needs of both our homeland and new immigrants. Although most of us come from Presbyterian backgrounds, we embrace diversity and are part of the Reformed Church in America.

The mission of the Reformed Church in America—like that of other Christian churches—is to shepherd all people through preaching, teaching, and proclaiming the gospel of God’s Son, Jesus Christ, as well as through the good works of all Christians. To effectively fulfill this mission, the church relies on its dedicated staff, governing bodies, and the standards of theology and worship, establishing a sound system of regulations and proper discipline. The Bible is the sole authority for the Reformed Church in America in matters of faith and conduct.

    使命 Mission:

     阮的使命是邀請所有人來體驗上帝的真理、慈愛和公義；宣揚祂統治的好消息；並且使人成為主耶穌基督的學生。


     Our mission is to invite people to experience the truth, the gracious love and the justice of God; to proclaim the good news of His reign, and to make people disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.


    異象Vision:

     阮盡心敬拜服務，吸引所有人來經驗上帝的同在。台灣移民通在台語裡拜中與阮同心敬拜。阮也有英語禮拜通互第二代或者是孰悉英語的人參加。

     阮同齊努力尋找迷失、安慰疼痛、養飼飢餓，宣揚希望與平安，分享主耶穌基督的愛。

     阮遵照上帝的教示，在阮的社區、國家和世界忠實做見證。


    We endeavor to conduct worship services that entice all people to experience the presence of God. Recent Taiwanese immigrants can worship with us at our Taiwanese Service. People who are more comfortable in an English-speaking setting can join the worship at our English service.

    We work together for a fellowship to heal the hurt, to find the lost, to feed the hunger, to give hope to the despair, to pass the peace and to share the love of Jesus Christ.

    We bear witness to the justice in our community, our nation, and the world, by the standard of the reign of God.

    • 阮感謝上帝的恩典，差派林景熙牧師七月一日就任。
    • 十一月感恩節，阮也為牧師館整修工程，以及為三位堅信禮的兄姊獻上滿滿的感恩！

    • We thank God for His grace in sending Rev. Jonah Lin, who began his ministry on July 1.
    • On Thanksgiving Sunday, we also offer heartfelt thanks for the renovation of the parsonage and for the three brothers and sisters who received confirmation.

    搭乘紐約市地鐵

    Here is the description as to how to take NYC subway.

    從曼哈頓搭乘N或W地鐵(黃色線)往上城 (uptown)的方向，終點站叫做Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard。請在在終點站的前兩站下車，站名叫做30th Av 。

    下地鐵出口的位置剛好在30 Avenue 及31 Street的交口。本教會的地址是：30-55 31 Street, Astoria, NY 11102 Tel: 718-278-0408


    By Subway:

    From Manhattan take the N or W (Yellow line) train uptown toward Ditmars Boulevard, get off at 30th Ave., the station after Broadway. TUCCNY is on 31st Street, under the subway tracks, between 30th and 31st Ave. Our church address is: 30-55 31 Street, Astoria, NY 11102 Tel: 718-278-0408



    By Car: (Parking space is available at the rear)

    If you are traveling from the north: Take Triborough Bridge to Queens. Get off at the first exit after the bridge, 31 Street. Make a right at the traffic light, and travel under the subway tracks. TUCCNY is on your left, between 30th and 31st Ave.

    If you are traveling from NJ: Take George Washington Bridge to NY. Get on I-87 south, and follow the directions from above.

    If you are traveling from Queens/Brooklyn/Long Island: Take BQE, LIE, Van Wyck to Grand Central Parkway, west bound. Get off at the last exit before Triborough Bridge, Hoyt Ave. At the second traffic light (under the subway), make a left onto 31 street. TUCCNY is on your left, between 30th and 31st Ave.
